Language Policy: Safety First
言語について：安全は何よりも優先します
私たちにとって、お客様の命を守ることは何よりも優先すべき使命です。 屋久島の自然は美しいですが、時に厳しさも見せます。緊急時や危険な箇所で、瞬時の意思疎通ができないことは命に関わるリスクとなります。
そのため、心苦しいですが「日本語で円滑なコミュニケーションが取れること」をツアー参加の必須条件としています。これは差別ではなく、プロのガイドとしての安全への責任です。
Protecting your life is our absolute priority. Nature in Yakushima is beautiful but can be unpredictable. In emergencies, miscommunication can be life-threatening.
Therefore, for strict safety reasons, we require participants to communicate fluently in Japanese. This is not about exclusion, but about our responsibility as professional guides to ensure your safety.

スタイルについて：貸切だから、大切な人と深くつながれます
当店は「完全貸切」専門です。 もしグループ内にお一人でも日本語が話せる方がいれば、その方が通訳となってパートナー様に伝えてあげてください。他のお客様に気兼ねする必要はありません。
翻訳機越しではなく、大切な人の言葉で語り合う屋久島は、きっとより深い思い出になるはずです。
We specialize exclusively in Private Tours. If at least one person in your group speaks Japanese, you are welcome to join us. That person can act as a translator for the rest of the group. Since it is a private tour, there is no need to worry about other guests.
We believe that exploring Yakushima while translating for your loved ones creates a deeper, more personal memory than any generic tour.

私たちは「公平さ」を大切にしています。 昨今話題の「インバウンド価格（外国人向けの二重価格）」は設定しておりません。 国籍や居住地に関わらず、すべてのお客様に「日本人と同じ適正価格」でご案内します。
私たちが求めているのは、言葉の壁を超えた「安全への理解」であり、過剰な対価ではありません。
We value fairness above all. We do NOT have separate "tourist prices" or hidden surcharges for international guests. Regardless of your nationality, everyone pays the same standard local price.
We ask for your language cooperation for safety, not for extra money. We want to be honest with everyone who loves nature.
